Is the Fin-tech venture from Qantas Loyalty. Customers can tap into rewards for their purchases at home and abroad when they use any Qantas Money product (credit or travel cards). As well as track and manage their assets on the go.

I joined Qantas Money as a Senior Product Designer within the UXD practice led by Cheb Dagher. A multidisciplinary team formed by designers, user researchers, product owners and BAs under the management of Antonio Addario. Working closely with: Marketing, Data, Customer Experience & Technology.

🚀 Output

  • Designed the user experience & user interface for the Qantas Money card website. Case study

  • Enhanced Qantas Brand Guidelines to incorporate Qantas Dark Mode style for multiple touch points.

  • Designed and released a new feature to promote Qantas Loyalty Rewards within the Qantas Money App.

  • Designed and released a new feature to provide customer support within the Qantas Money App. UI below

Ways of working

I follow the double diamond creative process. The whole process is guided by customer activity, pain points and feedback. Agile methodologies. Research, Design, Learn, Repeat.

  • Inception phase: question and inform the product brief, set requirements, business objectives and get backing from the business to kickstart the initiative. 

  • Research & discovery: Diverging. Testing strategy. Quantitive & Qualitative. Continue to refine data findings to support design thinking.

  • Concept: Draft hypothesis and validate with customers. Test, iterate, test, etc. 

  • Define: Consolidate learnings, enhance designs. Play back to business. Get ready to roadmap.

  •  Development: Technical Design for development. Build, test, iterate.
